Inclusive + Accessible
We support 2SLGBTQIA+ and underrepresented artists.
Our mission is to educate and inform so that everyone can have the tools and confidence to succeed in a challenging industry.
Who - What - Where - When - Why
Lots has changed in the 20-plus years since Patrick Masse released his debut album and came out as a gay man, but it's not enough; there are still too many gatekeepers and roadblocks. The Mentorship Project is an unfunded and unsponsored passion project for Patrick; he wants to help those just starting or those who never got the chance to follow their dreams.
The Mentorship Project is for everyone; it aims to sidestep gatekeepers and roadblocks by making information accessible for everyone, not just the chosen few. One of the ways we are ensuring accessibility is keeping it free of charge; another is by ensuring it's widely available. We are starting with Podcasts and Videos that will be published on all major platforms and here on our website. We are currently creating our first batch of podcasts and videos; if you have ideas for things you'd like to see or hear, please drop us a line.
Knowledge is power, and it's time to shift the balance in the industry.
